Hey guys just wanted to let you know I saw an add on biglots website saying they are selling prepaid phones for $6, $8 and $15...it looks like you got to go in store though to buy.

That is awesome. Cant tell if its a labor day sale or not though. Any insight into that. If its a labor day sale I gotta move fast.

Thanks One, I just picked one up from BigLots, paid $8!! It also comes with 20 minutes. :)

I will stop in there Tuesday and see if this is still available and/or get more details. Too bad we can't get them online :ranger:

Went and picked up a couple phones at biglots. They were almost out of the $6 tracfones but had a lot of $10 ones left....every location will be different Im sure but the add was for real.

Tracfons are not on sale~that is the regular price for their inventory!

9 bucks and some change at Dollar Store and Walmart. Regular price.

I thought they stopped selling the 9.99 phones at walmart and the minimum was $14 and some change now.

They are discontinuing the $9 phone. Once stock is gone, it will not be available. But the stores which still have inventory are still selling that unit until there are none left.

I went to my local BigLots and they didnt have much to offer but did have a few tracfones left.

I bought 2 of them and upon checkout when scanned were priced wrong. They were tagged $10 each but scanned $6 so I was a happy camper.

FYI: When activated they come with 20 min. airtime.

I verified 2 PP accounts with them - no problems. ;)

No store near me, I guess I'm going to have to buy them from ebay

yeah ebay may be a good place to pick up a few?

I know the ones I picked up in-store are "refurbished" but they appear brand new and you'd never be able to tell if it werent for the refurbed sticker on outside of retail package. They even have the protective clear plastic strips covering the screen etc. just as a brand new one would.
