How to force eBay to do phone verification?

I am ready to create my first stealth account.

I prepared a new phone number (only be available for a few days) and a vcc.

I registered a new eBay account. But there's no option to do SMS verification. How to trigger it?

I think I read the stealth book carefully. But anything wrong I made?

Usually this only happens when you go to sell your 1st item like list your 1st item.

click on ''Site map'' and then click on ''Place or update credit card on file'' you will be asked to verify the phone number
