Best way to manage your phone numbers

Hi there,

Is there a way to manage 40+ phone numbers?
I have couple of phones that allow using 2 SIM cards, so I have to constantly change those SIM cards.

Is there an app, or probably more like a device which would allow me to use many SIM cards at once?

Only for receiving texts.

None exist, you just have to change your sim cards. You can try to forward some sms to other number but it does not actually work for most networks
