Problem with phone number verification
 

My account was suspended 1 month ago, I wanted to know in addition to the ban received on my paypal account also my phone number was banned? can I create a new clean account using only the old phone number?
I read that ebay bans all accounts that use a voip phone number

Are you talking about paypal or ebay?
But in real situation, a phone number can be assigned to an other person...

I don't have any friends willing to register a phone number for me. ebay sms verification is real problem
