Speedtalk Mobile Sim and google voice?

Hi has anyone used speedtalk mobile sim cards? I used to use them all the time for eb/pp and then attach a google voice # to the speedtalk number then replace the ST # on EB/PP with the new GV #.

However, I'm not table to get texts from GV to the ST number anymore. Like the text simply wont send to the phone. Has anyone else had this issue or a work around?
