Can I use a USA phone number for a canadian account?

I wanted to know can I put a usa phone number in a canadian ebay account. I found a really good phone service for FREE but they only have usa phone numbers.

Sorry, I can't give the website to anyone. If I tell everyone on this website about this service then it will no longer work for ebay. I will try a usa phone number on a canadian account and I will report back.

1 - Will paypal mark your account as high risk ?
