Adress and number country missmatch

Im thinking to buy IPBurger VPN, but they offer only some of the locations and non of them mach my country. So i will have to chose IP of some other country in EU and will have to use my own country SIM cards, which i have a lot.

So is it gonna work? Lets say if IP is in Germany, and i use adress in Germany to create EB and PP, but will use my country phone number. Is this works ok these days??
