Ebay phone verification to have seller account.

My USA Ebay account request phone verification and since im from Portugal, can you tell me or PM the services that i can use to have my account verified and star to sell??

They should be if possible free.

For the Netherlands I have found budgetphone today. They give numbers which matches my location within Holland. (costs 10 euro/number/year)

U will need use a landline number, Voice over ip can't
