Do I need to match the shipping address phone number with registered phone numbe

Do I need to match the shipping address phone number with registered phone number when i list first item they require to verfiy my number so i edit it from shipping address and change it to receive the code
will this suspended the account?

The account address country must match the country of the phone number used when you list your first item. Otherwise you will get error. Also changing residental country right before listing the item is a red flag.
