Voip?

Hello,

I am going to create som stealth paypal and ebay accounts. I have a question about number verification tho:

Are voip apps still working for paypal and ebay in 2021? They are all virtual numbers so I think voip may be a big red flag... What do you think? Is there any alternative?

Virtual numbers are a pretty big red flag because of the high likelihood of being blacklisted - in what country are you? Can you get real numbers?

Thought so.

I am from Europe but I will be creating US paypal, I have everything I need (real info, ssn, bank, etc...). I don't know if I can get real US number if I live in Europe. Isn't there any service which does something like this?
