Who said you need to use a landline for ebay? I know for paypal you do but haven't heard anything about it for eBay. I've been using a cell-phone for a while now

I've used my Virgin Mobile phone to work with ebay and paypal. Since when do they require a land line? And, if so, can you tell me where to look on this forum for find out how to do it?

there are differences in the UK and US registration systems....

You will need a geographically located number for UK registrations.
