Hy ,i just got the limitation notice on my PP account,did one with a Hungary adress.Can someone recomend a good,and posibly cheap forwarding service to resolve this ?

And does the verifcation by phone option work anytime of the day ?Right now it say when i click it that this service is unavailable right now,please try again later.

Any help would be apreciated.:>

Still says service unabailable when i try to select the phone verification .Anybody elese experienced this ?

depends where your ebay address is located, it needs to be a close match to address

I have the same adress for both ebay and pp accounts,same ip even ,located in Budapest.I got 3 altenatives ,hungarian bank account,letter and phone.Whenever i try phone its say "this service is unavailable at the moment ,please try later"
