Skype help to verified my US ebay account

im using skype to verified one us ebay account that i have but when ebay call my skype number they request me to press _ but after i do this in my pc
nothing happen since the voice continue to ask to press_ if im expecting the call.

Should i install any kind of sowtare or how to do when i press the number in my pc so the ebay call will give the pin number???

Not sure what the problem is, I used a prepaid t-mobile phone I picked up at Walgreens for $20 and that worked for me, plus I already made the $20 back.

I was using my computer keyboard not the skype virtual keyboard that i find latter and that works.

Skype is no good since ebay link accounts.

skype is an ebay company........... I don't think it's a good idea to use it.
