Phone verification for international user

Hi
Trying to create ebay USA stealth, in ths guide its stated that need to use real sim, Tracfone doesnt work in Israel.
Tried some other numbers but a lot of them are voip and doesnt good for ebay.
How "Bad" is if I would use Israeli pre paid sim for USA/UK account?

The account will be compromised already and they will definitely be suspicious as soon as you make some transactions if phone isn't same country as the account. Risky unless you're doing low volume and have a lot of profiles and don't care if one or two get taken down
