UK SIM Verification Method (FREE)
 

Hey guys,

For my UK people just wanted to share a simple method to receive unlimited SIM cards in bulk for FREE, that do not require to be topped up for verification texts, Vodaphone is the carrier that luckily does not need credit to activate receiving texts.

I've been using Vodaphone Sims for a while now for all my stealths and I'm very pleased as these money hungry carriers started rolling out credit activations making it a pain in the ass to manage many accounts

If you need to check your number you simply call *#100# and your mobile number will pop up on the screen..

I know that by replying to this post, I am facilitating you reaching that all important 200 post count (needed to become an account seller) however I feel it is necessary to point out a few things:

1. Vodafone PAYG cannot receive calls or SMS unless they are topped up. They used to be able to but not any more.

2. The website on your link, do not send out bulk sim cards. I had a client try to order 10 and only 4 were delivered - and none of them could send or receive calls or sms.

1. With Vodaphone, I've never had to top it up to receive an authentication code text. With almost every other carrier you have to ever since a few years ago.

2. That is impossible, I can send you a picture of about 100 sheets of SIMs I have from them, I don't top up a single sim and receive the codes, again if you need me to send you videos to prove it I will.

I only posted this because I was struggling myself maintaining all of my accounts when they rolled out credit to activate.

I found out about Vodaphone recently and thought people should know, I wouldn't spread misinformation to boost a post count if that's what your insinuating?

It might be location specific but where I live, Vodafone PAYG sim cards only activate when topped up.

And just like you I am posting about what was experienced. 10 sims were ordered but only 4 were sent.

So if they sent you a few less sims that means they were running low on stock at that point, I simply wait a few days, reorder again and they send them in. Can also use proxies to multi order SIMS to the same address.

If that's the case, I'd be more than welcome to help out.

Perhaps I could test a few of my sims and send them your way if you wanted? But I wouldn't be sure if it would still work under the cell tower in your area, I'm based in central London btw..

I also checked pretty much every other sim card carrier here, seems only Vodaphone works. Will try out some other cheaper carrier companies you can find at local corner shops like Lyca Mobile etc

I send sim cards to my clients with £5 credit added to them. Three mobile credit never expires so long as one chargeable event takes place every 6 months (send 1 sms or make 1 call).

The sims are also active without adding credit and can receive both sms and calls. If this is abused though (receiving lots of sms without adding credit), then the cards get deactivated.

Yep seems good.

I'm going to investigate more options, there's got to be more carriers out there that don't require credit surely..

I don't think its location specific, possibly either how many voda sim's have been used in that phone or how long ago the sim was manufactured.

My stock of voda SIMs 6+ months old are still fine, but my mates (same town) obtained in shops in the last month or two need topping up.

Anyway the end is nigh, Vodafone are falling in line with the other main providers and Google has already moved to their QR code system requiring you to send a SMS (needing credit) to register and others will probably do the same.

Nothing to do with cartel companies, its pressure from the National Crime Agency though the Blocked SIMs project.

"Working alongside NCA, SSUK members have dismantled the PAYG SIM vulnerability which was manipulated by criminal networks. Working together:

Mobile Network Operators have applied a financial requirement against the use of the PAYG SIMs. Now they must be loaded with money via credit or debit card before they can even receive an SMS. This means a direct friction is placed in the pathway of fraudsters, increasing their costs and the risks of attempting to use this route."

Sure they can label it as they are doing it for the good of mankind but I see it as another way to charge the people, a £5 mandatory top up to receive texts is ridiculous.. Criminals will find other means regardless.

Why would I need to put hard earned money into simply having the ability of receiving automation texts? That's not using data? And the top up doesn't render the SIM as permanently active at that.

It used to be you would only top up for outbound services (you calling or sending texts) which is understandable as your using their service data etc., that is why I find it ridiculous and they can say they are doing it to prevent this and that, but it's really cooperate greed and a huge inconvenience and that's my point.

What's next? Pay a subscription or one time fee to use email services?

Valid point about corporate greed and cash grab but if it's only a 5er for lifelong keeping account active.../shrug

I guess your right, I become a cheep skate when it comes to these things as you've probably guessed. Paying nearly $1000 a year on just proxies means I'm trying to save as many pennies as I can elsewhere lol

I also heard from a carrier I called that the £5 credit doesn't keep the sim active for a lifetime, I think every 6 months or so you need to use the credit once or something. Just a lot of inconveniences, I hate having to think about many different nuanced things.. Maybe a personal ocd of mine idk

It was me that posted that info earlier in the thread. The carrier is THREE mobile. Most other providers don't even offer this. It's a minimum of £10 a month for data along free sms and calls.

Unbelievable that you're getting bothered over a few quid for mobile phone costs when you're wasting a $1000 a year on proxies.

I've been using Asda mobile.

£4 top up, lasts upto 6 months.

From what I've read it appears an account needs to be set up with personal details given. That's fine if using yourself on a few stealth accounts but not really workable for mass account creation.

Three can be topped up anonymously by purchasing top up vouchers in newsagents. :)

It's annoying to have to top up the sims, especially since I am out of the UK - they need activating before you go overseas. I mean if I called customer services, I guess that would still activate it as long as I topped it up with credit.

But it could be worse chaps, in many countries you need to show ID to buy a sim card, and in other countries you need biometrics!

That's the beauty of Asda ... I'm overseas right now. You just login to the website with a UK VPN, pay using your wise or revolut card and the sims topped up. I've been out of the country nearly six months now

If your overseas (or even if you're not). You can buy vouchers for all the major UK PAYG networks with crypto on sites like bitrefill

You'll probably have to have activated the SIMs in the UK first though.

It's also quite simple to top up over the phone - they take your card details down and process the transaction. But man it's such an inconvenience

Yep well in the London area, Vodaphone sims still work for me top-up free. Perhaps people outside London could find a way to have the sim activated in London remotely, probably would need a family member or friend to do so then send it your way.

I have a stack of about 100 Vodaphone sims ordered a while ago in batches, still work whenever I grab a new one

I guess your best bet for that would be e-sim based and not physical, used vodaphones when I was away and it was working fine

is ther a smartphone that can store multiple esims?? its a pain to keep on having to remove on after another

There are dual e-sim phones a few I can think of iphone 12s in US support dual e-sim, not in the UK though. UK models support 1 e-sim & 1 physical. Andriods such as Samsung Galaxies, Oneplus.

Your best bet is to go on eBay and type dual e-sim phone and have a look.

You will have to manually set it up and remove it when done which is slightly more involved than just removing and inserting a physical sim though, but it's remote so..

Quite a few new phones can store multiple esims - I know the Samsung S25 can store like 20 eSims iirc but, like many phones, only 2 numbers can be active at any time so that's the pain point...

That's only true of old iPhones, any modern UK iPhone or Android dual SIM phone sim phone can be used as SIM/SIM, SIM/eSIM or eSIM/eSIM.

Assuming it has 2 physical SIM slots and eSIM functionality of course, which most higher end android smartphones do.

You can also get physical SIM cards which can hold multiple eSIMS if your device doesn't have eSIM functionality..
