Any one try/use O2 wireless pre-paid cell phones?

Comes out to $3.33/mo right now with their online special.
Anyone use it? try it? did it work for ebay/pp's various tel # needs?
The CS person says they use the ATT cell network.

Not sure how long the online special is for, but the sale phone for $9.99 is normally $30 (the ad says). My tracs are coming due for a refill, but I like the fact that they have a $10 re-fill that lasts for 90 days.
