Someone please help me with my phone verification...
 

To clarify, i am not using ebay nor paypal, but another website with automated phone verification (they give you a code to put in regisration)

I tried 2 call forwarding services (toll free, tossable digits)

I get an error on the site when i put in my virtual phone numbers:

Error Notice: We regret to inform you that we are unable to process your verification request with the phone number provided. Please note that only fixed line and contracted mobile phone numbers are supported by our SMS and Automated Call verification systems.


Is there anyway out?

Yes.... use a fixed line or contracted mobile phone system.

Have you tried google voice? They use old Sprint PCS numbers that are no longer in use.

Is google voice giving out numbers now?
Do you need an invite to participate?

I'm pretty sure google has to invite you, go to the home page and request an add, and they will send you an account sooner or later.

Hoenstly, it's not all that it's cracked up be. It's basically grand central... they use old sprint pcs mobile numbers that sprint sold to them and they just use it like any phone forwarding system. However, it works very well with ebay/paypal.
