anyone know how to set up a phone number (VoIP) in thailand?

need to set up a few new accounts in thailand as thats where i am living. But i am from the UK and cannot read thai. When typeing thailand voip into google its mainly sites written in thai?

has anyone already done this and can they recommend a company to set up a landline that will forward to my mobile?
