prepaid phone - number changed every 24 hours
 

i tried searching for the answer, but the only one i have seen where you can change your cell number automatically every 24 hours is virgin mobile.

are there other prepaid cell phones that offer this convenience?
also virgin mobile use to offer $20 top up every 90 days, i'm not finding this offer anymore or any virgin mobile phones at the stores.....i use to be able to find them everywhere, but now it seems virgin wants $25 per month min. on an account.
