They will ask to press few numbers and i dont want to use my phone number .

so i don't think yahoo voice would work .

yahoo voice doesn't use your number, it rings in your browser window

because of the laws in germany, its not easy to get a German Phone Number

you need a DOB + adress+name in germany.

try sipgate.de when you want a free service.

But they check it with the "SCHUFA" a german credit bureau!
