Can I use my new BT Landline?

Hi,

Considering I have 2 phone lines, I have just signed up to BT, I've
got the conformation that it will be set up on 8th February.

Well I was wondering If i used my new phone number would eBay and Paypal be able to track the number to my house?. - Considering I will be using my office address.

Or should I just sign up with Soho66?.
