google voice experts needed

Hi guys, is there a program or way for me to receive a phone call and then transfer that caller to someone else?

Example, a client interested in enrolling in education calls me, and then I transfer them to the correct online education phone number.

If google voice cant work for this, any other online phone service? Thanks so much,
