Can someone direct me to a thread or answer this question please?

I was wondering... lets say ebay tries to trace your phone number when they call you to enter in your pin.. or whatever that thingee does. Is it possible for them to tell what free service you are using? Call me paranoid, but I just had my account suspended for vero and I want to create a new one. I just happened across these forums and BOY have I been dumb! I had no clue about how they link my accounts as fast as I can open them.

If someone could get back to me.. or direct me to where I can find the answer I would be so happy. I'm selling things to try to raise money for my son's transplant.
