UK Phone Verification

Hi,

I am in UK.Can someone please suggest me the cheap and reliable phone verification websites...I just gone thro' the forum and found the below website to do the call forwarding to my actual land line.

but, someone said that the address has to match for the phone verification and also the VOIP option is not good anymore.....Is it so..?

dont think you can on pay pal though
