i know this has been covered before but, what website is best to use to transfer your "call" to when ebay sends you a four digit confirmation code. i saw that two websites have already been closed down, (i dont know why).

Yeah these sites are up one day and down the next. But what you're looking for is a VoIP service. You can do a Google search and find plenty for a low cost.

A couple that are still free the last I checked are:

lets say the area code of the shipping address is 999, would i have to make an area code in 999 or can it be further away? (40 miles?)

Hmm, I haven't had or heard of any issues with the area code. As long as the number works, I'm pretty sure it's accepted by eBay.

HI, Try setting up your voice mail..under settings in GC..
Also- be certain you hit save/submit--when you xfer the calls...

Hello.

If running multiple ebay/PP accounts. What is the best way to set up phone lines? I'm concerned about cost if 7 to 10 accounts were up at once. Does anyone have a solution they could share.
