Mobile phone number registered with real personal infomation-birthday and created an EBAY account with different birthday, will be red flag?

Unless you agreed to them sharing information about you, then no they cannot. Would be a massive breach of DP laws.

If your worried, just use unregistered PAYG Sim's.

Just go to tesco and buy one of their sim cards at the checkout for 99p

No need to register it, just put it in your unlocked phone and you're ready to go
