virgin mobile question

I changed my number online, and now when trying to call it says my number could not be validated and when i try to sign in online it wont let me long in. i need some help here

You do know they are charging now for changing your phone number right?

If he account does not have enough funds in it to pay the 10.00 ( I think ) it will not validate the new number.
