Ebay requires to call Ebay to get Identity verified?
 

My accont is pre 11/07 and has 6 positive feedback for my purchases ( I used money orders for all of the purchases). Today I was about to review my listing on Ebay (I clicked on Merchant account-CC option for payment method) and saw the following massage:

"You can not submit your listing due to the following problems

Please provide this information to complete your listing.

To list this item, you need to confirm your identity by phone. This is an important step to make eBay a safer place to buy and sell.

Have you seen this before? What do I need to do since the registered phone number is a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ one. Do I need to change it to my real phone number and call Ebay? Please help. Many thanks
