The Magic Jack - free phone calls?

Yes magic jack lets you buy more than one phone number for 10.00 each. I live in ND so we have only one area code. Since I'm setting up only one new ebay account i don't have a need for more than one magic jack line yet. Also you will need high speed internet for it to work properly.

Yeah you can also change your phone number for 5 bucks....

Don`t become too attached to it. If you make/receive a lot of calls from/to your MJ #, they will lock your account. Thing is, their system won`t allow for the number to be unlocked afterwards, even if you want to pay for it - so you just have to buy a new one.

This is confusing. Why would they lock your account for making too many calls?

Google it. You`ll see many posts on this theme, along with people complaining about their poor customer service (India based ). It`s o.k., but don`t rely on it !

I've had magic jack for two years and,I was thinking about using it for my dial up.
