Alas,
I was dumb...and now need to verify my Paypal Phone No.

Im using Dial Up, so how long after you "Save" your new phone number in Paypal do they call? I figure ill need at least a minute or so.

Also, I presume Tollfreeforwarding still works?

I'm sure they delay for dialup users.

as of now i am using prepaid phones. But i was using payphones before and it worked for unlimiting . Try get a payphone number near you and use it for that. Don't know if they can tell if its a payphone, but i don't think so for incoming calls.
