Hello guys. I'm from another country and speaking english bad. I have the paypal account and i want to Confirm phone number:
We sent a confirmation code to XXXXXXXX. You should receive it in a few minutes.
How i can take sms free or cheap? Thx.

I tried many applications none worked, but it works perfectly when i send it to a normal mobile number
