Phone verification doesn't work

Yesterday I tried to create a seller account on one of my ebay accounts but I couldn't pass the phone verification.I get this error all the time:

I email ebay and they reply to me with the same link I told them it doesn't work.:) What option do I have?Does anyone had this problem?

HI seven--please try the ebay Chat live-- they can send you a link to redo the voice authorization..
