I'm in China and I tried to register on Tollfreeforwarding.com

They do charged my creditcard, but when I log in to my account, it said:

Your account has been cancelled for violation of our policies. If you have any questions, please send them to Legal@TollFreeForwarding.com

How can I use the service on the web? please help, thank you.

It would probably be best if you found out why your account was cancelled in the first place... as to figure a way around it.

aspkin, do you know if I can pay Tollfreeforwarding via paypal and using a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name? It seems that they're also strict with the users. I'm writing to them to find out why.

Just called them and they said they will not provide any service for me.
It is a pity and I don't know why this happens. and it seems that they charged me $6.90. I will see the credit card bill for this month.

My question is: Can I use gift card to purchase their service and using ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and address? Or can I use Paypal to pay them and using ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name&address? Tollfreeforwarding.com seems strict.

Or is there any other low cost service except for Tollfreeforwarding and GOTVMAIL.COM ? I'm in China and have these difficulties, thank you.

tollfreeforwarding is as PSYCHO as ebay- make any changes like a new number to which you want your calls forwarded and WHAM limitation time and they want you to fax in your life's details as SOON as they charge your credit card after the trial period, nonetheless.

use with caution- keep you nose clean with them.

Yes, so is there any other service we can purchase easily? for multiple accounts we needs multiple phone numbers.

Is anybody transfering tollfreeforwarding number to a cell phone?
I could get the ebay calling service to release the pin nbr, its like there was no connection. I tried 3 times yesterday without success. Also got it to ring on a friend's landline but no success. Anybody encountering this?

hi, for vumber does it work for ebay and pp verification if it is forwarded to your cell phone?

tollfreeforwarding as its moments, sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. I generally test it before I make the call to eBay as a rule though :)
Also Tollfreeforwarding as redflags in there system however its very easy how to bypass them :)

vumber 100% works for paypal & ebay and sends the calls to any phone.

Vumber.com only redirects call to US number..

I tried its demo, but i just find that they still charged me?!! :confused::confused::confused:

they charge you if you use the free $10 :) Done it to me, just be sure not to go over the limit.

I try them today and they ask for a copy of my id and some other info in order to use their services :) I get my money 5 min after and moved on.

it works fine. they ask for a cc but that is it. i used them to verify at least 5 accounts before the trial

Why ID? what kind of ID?

For some ppl this service might work but for me it didn't.They ask me a copy of my id and a copy after my cc because of my country.(Romania).In my case they need extra verification.

I used tollfreefowarding.com for a while and found it to work just fine. Its service wasn't all that great and its website is somewhat buggy, but I don't really see anything wrong with it.

A better alternative is Vumber.

It depends on how long you plan on staying on eBay with that account. I personally love checking bold, highlight, border, and gallery featured to rack up my items and then stiff eBay at the end of the month for fees. That way, I can cancel Vumber while it is on trial and not be charged, and I also get a huge sales boost because of all the additions.

if you want to stiff ebay and keep moving to new accounts then that is the way to go. Or, everytime you get a new simon card or virtual cc you can start a new 30 day trial and keep on getting #'s for free.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I just created a new account with road runner high speed, did all the work and used tollfreeforwarding and it worked like a charm, got the call on my home dial up phone and got the pin, worked just fine.
Hope this helps someone who wants to try it or needs a way to verify.
YMMV as things change daily, we all know that. But it worked tonight.

Which is the phone forwarding service can be use for a foreign?

I live in Asia but I have a US acccount .... I need a US landline phone number and forward ebay call to my regular phone in Asia.

last week, I used a number from tollfreeforwarding to activate an old account which was registered 7 years ago. It got suspended yesterday

while I checked with ebay live chat, they asked me: whether I had another account under my name.

There are 2 possiblities:

1. the phone numbe from tollfreeforwarding had been used by other ebay member before

2. the old email in the old account was once used for a short while at my suspended paypal account.

If it is case 2, fine. I just throw the number and move on

if it is case 1, nightmare! because you will never know which phone number is a virgin at ebay.

I doubt it's because of tollfreeforwarding, most likely you were linked to another account some other way.

I am going to register another ebay account using another phone number from toll free forwarding which is close to my area. all other register information are brand new. I will update what is going on.

It is very interesting that the phone number I had used at ebay is now available in my area. If someone else pick it up and use it on ebay, it won't take long before that guy get caught with a suspension.

I just tried to setup a new line with tollfreeforwarding.com and got a message that they need me to fax over my passport and a copy of my c/c.

Can I just buy a trackfone and use that for activation.

I got the same message and I just exited the page. Then a half hour later they gave me the 10 day free trial. Just check your email inbox.

Also there is no problem in using the tracfone to verify your eBay account.

That is one I wouldnt know the answer to, check out to see if tollfree or vumber offers this to re route your calls.

TollFreeForwarding is rubish there are better and cheaper fowarding severices out there that work fine with ebay/paypal
ebay/paypal has paid off TollFreeForwarding and has them under there wing and there just as coorked as ebay/paypal

I don't understand all you cheapos. You're just making it more difficult for everybody else. If something works, pay for it.
