I was looking into using voipo to use a cloud number and forward the calls to a google voice number of mine. It seems easier and possibly cheaper in the long run if I decide to go with a reseller account as the monthly plan it only cost $4.95 a month for a number. Has anyone tried them? Thank you

I have not used them. But why forward the calls to a Google Voice account? My provider allows me to set their system to transmit the CALLED number (the number I rent) on the caller-id. I send these calls to my cell phone and have the numbers in my caller list - so they appear as my stealth name. Granted, I don't know WHO is calling, but I know who I am supposed to be!
If you get a phone number from them, put it into google. See if it comes up as a landline. eBay/Amazon/PayPal like that.
I use a couple free VOIP apps on IPHONE but trick is send a text or make a call from each number every week to keep ur number active and there's a ton of free numbers that work
Do they have the same type of apps for android and I was thinking of haveing calls forwarded to Google voice as I do not like having my personal number used except by friends and family I use gv on my phone to make out bound. Calls that is how odd I am. Lol
