Vancouver Phone # for Paypal?

Recently bought an AVS VCC and I only have 24h to activate it but I don't have a phone (lol). My Paypal is from Vancouver so I wondering how in the world to get a number in less than 24 hours without having to pay via credit card (I only got paypal).

Any number in Canada will be fine. Lots of cell phones work nation wide.

You can still buy a Canadian phone number on the internet and forward it to your phone.
