I guest if you cant use this in the uk it will be the same in germany

You can get German voip numbers from sipgate.de - Ihr kostenloser Internet-Telefonanschluss.

Not 100% sure if they work with paypal though, you'll need to try yourself.

Look lets get it straight voip and all virtual numbers 'work' for paypal in theory, the only problem is if they deem it close enough to address to allow address verification - you only find that out after youve tried it!!!

it totally fits my need... i was buying sim cards (20$ in France) that was quite expensive, and yahoo voice totally works with ebay (france, at least)

has anyone tried out how many numbers you can get per yahoo account ?

Note: when you receive call from ebay just pick it up and dial the number ebay ask you to in keypad. Then you will get the code.
