Can somebody please tel me why?

My TracFone won't turn on. I have 2 of the S150G phones and they won't turn on? All that happens is a meter bar (loading bar?) with a Samsung logo keeps flashing across the screen and nothing else happens.

I really need some help because I have to verify a pp account today.

Try taking out the battery, the putting it back in?

I mean, these are like $10 each right? Made in China for 50 cents or less. Durability/reliability not exactly top priority here.
