eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Tracfone to verify PayPal location?

Hi, I've always been using Google Voice or Burner to verify accounts such as eBay, GMail, and Amazon but when it comes to PayPal, I never get any text messages or calls.

I sometimes get an error saying, "We weren't able to verify you location"
Or something in that nature.

If I buy a Tracfone, will this solve my issue? Thanks

Yes it will. Tracfones are amazing.
