Linking Callcentric to softphone - Ebay phone calls not going through?
 

Basically I am in the UK, using US Ebays. I found a free US phone number provider, so basically, I forward that US number onto a Callcentric account. When I test and do an international call from my cellphone, it works, and my phone software - sjphone, callcentric, microsip, whatever I use, will receive the call and answer.

But, when the page pops up that Ebay are going to call me, a call will just not go through, and I have definitely inserted that correct US phone number into my Ebay personal details...

On SJphone, advanced mode shows this:
"Host address: No active network interface"
Not sure if this has any bearing on it, but interesting to see what you guys think.

Also the problem might be the phrase, "free" service. Look for a service where it might cost a few bucks but more stable or give you better service.

the same trouble, i'm not in USA, but US is good for selling....
Use this : vylmedia.com , also u need some soft as "Telephone" or other Voip/Sip clients. This service is not free, but $4.99 per month is ok to receive calls from ebay for 1 month...

I also had problems with callcentric. I used the number into end to get a free Google voice number as its g voice is not available outside usa
