You have to answer the security question to pass.

We all get this from time to time.

How are you logging into paypal? by phone or by pc?
and what internet connection are you using?

Are you actually in the UK as your flag suggests?

It seems to have changed in the last 20 minutes?

This security measure usually appears due to cookies not being established on the user account or related to IP (eg logging in from a different country IP to the Paypal account)

Sounds like you'll need a UK landline or mobile at least.

Don't clear cookies. It helps Paypal to identify that it is you logging into the account.

You'll also get more relevant advice if you keep your flag to the country you are actually in.

I have no idea why members persist on pretending to be in the US / UK.

If you are having IP stability connection issues...your account will have problems

yes, i use google chomre , click ebay.com and login my account

after choose my item i have pay it, step login my account paypal and mark error
