Located HK with Japan virtual phone verification

Hello All,

I register an account but wants to register as located at Japan. ( Im located at HK actually). I have made the phone verification by JP virtual number yet. However. Ebay has suspend my account after all was set up. Which step was wrong?

- JP address
- JP virtual number
- HK paypal account
- HK credit card

I have no idea or I should use Japan IP for register? Please help

Have you got a Japan IP address?

PP account should ideally match EB account.

I dont have a Japan IP. Is it the main problem? My PP acc is from HK as well..

If you want to have a EB in Japan then you want a PP in Japan and an IP address in Japan to make it work as well as possibly.
