I think you'd better open you own thread.

"Someone from Italy" will hardly help you to verify Italian PP if you are not in IT.

Btw... verify cell phone it is not something you MUST do on IT paypal ;)

You can do that, the trick is too simple
DO not go straight to create seller account
Try to browse, then bid
you might get lucky

go on a freelance site, like the ones that do small jobs of translations and programming etc.... and pay some italian $20 or whatever to do it for you with a disposible sim.......

oompa, there is no such thing as disposible SIM in Italy, not anymore.

All SIMs are registered under a phisical person/name with a proper contract unless... you buy them in some "black market".

It's a neat little trick to stop spammers & scumbags from cluttering up the forum with their cr@p.

Most of them try to get to 30 posts and then start PMing new members with links to sites selling accounts.

When they are MU, pages don't load properly, the site freezes, rendering their profile basically useless.

Where can one find such "black market"? I am desperate enough as I need some badly (as long as it's not illegal). All I can find are way overpriced and useless as my ROI would be just 0% or negative.

well you have to come to Italy, go in some big city depressed area where bangladesh/chinese/arabian phone centers are and you have good chances to get what you need.

Oh.. btw, this is quite illlegal overhere :)
