need help confirming my identity using landline verification
 

I buy and and sell on eBay for the past 5 months and to lift the 21 day hold I need to confirm my identity

Basically I tried voip and didn't work for me
Gave them my cell phone number and clicked home

Is there a way I can get a cheap landline phone to bypass this step

which VOIP service did you try? some are known to work, others no

This is a waste of energy if you are running stealth accounts.

You need a phone in the name and address of your stealth and that needs to be on public record which does not happen instant, and could take a year of having the phone before it is seen when they pull up your public record

And if the account is stealth you would need the phone to be in your stealth name and address

By the time everything shows up in public records the 3 months will have come and gone and the holds are lifted

Paypal is very strict with the holds , so do not think that this is a quick fix around it, possibly if this was your original account and you were using ur real landline for the last 2 years where it is on public record than the holds would be lifted but this is not going to be open to loopholes

Not sure but I haven't seen it on any of my US paypal accounts, if I click that link saying learn how to get funds faster it just talks about shipping and uploading tracking numbers
