How To Make Forwarding Numbers Work With Sucess
 

Trac Phone is good for a very small amount of accounts but as you may have found out it's not practical for large numbers, especially when you need to pay for air time and request new SIM Cards. To do so you will need to use a forwarding service.

To get around the recent phone verification problems I use a forwarding service for phone numbers (not G-voice it won't work because their numbers are owned by BANDWIDTH.COM and are easily blocked by this) and never have a problem now.

- The phone number must be within 30 miles of your stealth IP address.

- You MUST use a phone number with an exchange in the zip code of the stealth address in the account.

- The number, if using a forwarding service MUST be a land line.

- The number MUST be owned by a major carrier like XO, Verizon, ATT so it can't be blocked by eBay.

So how do you find out this info on a phone number?

Easy...for free.

Enter the phone number you want to use. You will get all the information you need about the number.

Use a forwarding service that allows you to pick the number you want so you can copy and paste them into the website above to get the owner information.

I usually start with a phone number that has all the correct parameters within 30 miles of my IP and build my stealth address around the phone number NOT the other way around.
