i know that tacfone can received the code when i just added the phone number to the paypal account, but i really want to know if tacfone can also get a msg if i need to transfer money or pay for items when paypal ask for phone verification
?

cos when i do the phone verification when i nened to transfer money, paypal always shows that the registered name is not same as the paypal's,.

How to solve this problem out? any one knows?
