New phone number

Hi, I have a 02 mobile number (02 network) which is on my old ebay account before it got burnt. Since then my number had been given out without my consent and i changed it to a new number, 02 had simply sent a new SIM card and number out to me. Can i use this new number on my future stealth account ( only one account i know!) or can eb/pp link this to my old account? :noidea:
