Iphone text app, good to use?

So I have this app on my iPhone, "TextNow"
I made an account with stealh email and password, etc.
it gives me the option to put any area code i want, i can log out of the texnow account, re sign in or make a new account too!
It seems brilliant, legit number, receives texts, and i think calls too.

so if i make a couple of different accounts on it, and just sign into each diff account which has a new number, i can't be linked to anything by eb ay and pay pal right?
someone please verify this, seems like a great way to verify numbers!

No you can't be linked but lots of the free phone services have been being overused recently. Its hit or miss and may cause your accounts to get 0/0 limits.

Its a quick and easy fix to not getting a tracfone but about a 50% (estimated) chance of the account working out.

i tried it, and it was verified, was that a hit?
or can it still miss later down the road?
thanks for the info!

I've used Google Voice for four accounts and two had 10/1000 limits and the other two had 0/0 and requested ID/documents.

You're welcomed to continue using the free services but just be prepared for them not to work sometimes.

Also make sure to keep the numbers ACTIVE by signing into them every once in a while. I've made this mistake.

oh ok, so even after verification via text, they still requested more stuff and you got limits from the number not being legit?
ok if i do do this, i will make sure to log in once a week or so, thanks.
I have one prepaid phone, might just need to get more.

Well the text wouldn't go through or the number has already been on a eBay account before etc.. anything can happen when using a public number.

Tracfones are like $5-10 and you get 20 minutes free so you can get those verification texts without paying for more data.

the text did go through and ebay shows it verified, does that mean its n the clear?

but making an email, pp account takes so much time, i would rather get $10 tracfones and not risk ebay giving me 0/0 limit and the pp and email going to waste.

Smart choice. I started with free service but its definitely worth the $10 investment or however much it is

Free services tend to be overused and abused to the hilt
