No this happens to be straight from Tracphone website. It's a pretty good deal for a lot of people I have seen better deals back when I got my last 6 I got them for $0.01 A piece.

Or Actually last time it was .01 cent each and u paid for shipping which was $5.65 or something like that, so the deal is almost the same

do they come with free 10 or 20 minutes? How long are they good for if you don't activate them?

I believe you get 10 minutes with each phone when you first get it.

Why can't we get anything like this over here?, nearest thing I have seen was from EE, a text and talk pack for £1 each with a weeny amount of useage on it, but obviously we need to already have the mobile to go with these EE deals, so although the deal sounds ok potential users need to either have unlocked phones that use any network sims or already be with EE which fortunately I am, not sure if these deals come with a new phone number or not as i haven't looked into them yet.

Now you actually got me thinking I wonder if they are unlocked? Probably more likely they aren't, but will be nice if they were.

That's always the big thing over here in UK with mobiles, whether they are unlocked and can therefore use any network sim or not. I was having this issue recently with my mobile phone and a sim from another network, so I just went with a phone forwarding company and bypassed the issue.
