Walmart mobile vs Tracfone
 

I decided to get a walmart mobile phone which is basically a t199 for 9 bucks to verify a pp account, i just opened it and i can't do anything on it as it says it needs a sim card, what the heck, that sim card is like 25 bucks for a starter kit, i was told that I could text without buying that? any solutions?

Does the tracfone have this problem as well? thanks in advance

Never heard of a walmart mobile but tracfone is convenient cause it comes with 20 mins on most of them for free

really, do the ones at walmart have a sim card already on it or do I have to buy, that do I have to have a sim card?

so the one that they sell at walmart has 20 min free? shoudl I get it somewhere else like best buy?

1. which is the cheapest burnable phone that i can get text to always verify a paypal account
2. do i have to have a sim card? if yes which is the cheapest and do I just buy a new sim card when I need a new number just use the same phone?

The walmart mobile is a samsung t199 if that makes a difference

WalMart Mobile is just a prepaid MVNO running on T-Mobile.

TracFone still seems to always be the cheapest, especially if you need something last minute.

so should I return the t199 mobile from walmart sells and get the tracfone instead, does the tracfone come with a simcard or do i gotta buy one as well? and does every sim card give me a new number so essentially i would need just one phone and to change the number insert a different sim card?

Tracfones come with SIM card. You really should have separate phones for each account...
