Most wont work for paypal.

Paypal is very particular about confirming phones. They don't always accept real phones, let alone virtual ones.

also no real need to confirm the phone in paypal, just make sure to have access to it incase they ever want to call/text you

avoid free services though

Maybe order some USA sims and when you put the sim in your phone in your country, hopefully roaming will activate and the sim is active.

You do not need to topup the phone to receive pp & eb sms/call confirmations.

I works for me here in UK so hopefully it will work for you too.

Do a cheap test - order a cheap $0.01 sim with free delivery, wait for it to arrive and see if it works. Nothing bad will happen if it does not work, you just will have to find something else.
